Sleepy Head

Bah, I slept 24 hours in the last 2 nights :P.

Three days ago we woke up in La Palma at 1 pm. We drove down to the ocean to watch mother nature, went back up around 4 pm, had dinner and went up the mountain to do observations till 7 am. Then we went back to the ‘Residencia’ to pack, drove down to the airport, and started our 3-flight trip to Amsterdam. As you can guess… We were awake that day for quite some time… 35 hours passed between the moment we woke up on La Palma and the moment I jumped in my bed in Leiden.

So I then slept for 15 hours straight. The night after, I slept for 9 hours :)… I guess that should be enough for now?… :P

    It’s good to have you back, my friend. I don’t know if you got around to sending postcards along the trips somewhere, but none have reached me that I know of. Of couse, I’ve been at Jutta’s since Thursday, so it may have arrived already. Anyhow, welcome back. Now I gotta go write a little post to my own blog.

    Hehe… I got a little surprise in store concerning those postcards, but you’re gonna have to be a little more patient ;). Probably another week or 2 (a few years for Tintin and CountryGirl).

    And yes… It’s good to be back… Finally a normal sleeping pattern again… And in my own bed!

    Nothing feels better than home ;).
