Yesterday I went to Ghent with my mom and my sister to visit Marjolein and Danny and their 3-year-old daughter Hanelore. They moved from Belgium to Australia two years ago, so I hadn’t seen them in a while. And moreover, I had never seen their daughter before in real life. She’s sooooooooo cute :P.

It’s weird you know… You’ve known these people all your life (Marjolein is my cousin) but for some reason you ‘missed’ the three first years of their daughter’s life. Too bad… But that’s life, isn’t it. I was definitely glad to see them back. I wish we had had more time, but I had to catch my train, and my sister needed to study because she has a lot of exams the upcoming two weeks.

So… see you again in 3 years probably, Marjolein and Danny ;)… I doubt I’ll be coming to Australia any time soon… I think I’ll be more inclined to spend my money on a month of travelling in the US :)…
