What’s Going On?
Ok, I don’t get this… Why is the picture ‘raped.jpg’ in one of my posts the fourth picture that turns up when you search for pictures on google with keyword ‘raped’? I think about 50 % of the traffic on my site is from people who looked for ‘raped’ on Google… :|
A few months ago my traffic suddenly got almost ten times higher when people started coming from Google picture searches… I’m not sure how I feel about this lol. I guess more traffic is good, but this post about that girl being raped isn’t really my biggest achievement in blogging history, is it? :P
A few days ago I renamed the file from ‘raped.jpg’ to ‘verkrchat.jpg’ but traffic is still coming :| (yes, I deliberately misspelled it)… Anybody knows what happened?

If I’m correct, Google has a history of websites that were links of a particular subject. So in time it will be less busyI think…..
On the other hand, people are looking for info and stories and that’s what you give. Why change the title?

Heh :)
I was considering asking you to do something about that, Quicky. So, thank you that you come to it yourself :).
At the moment it is kind of a lot of discussions and seems to be a bit more than usually rapes around here, so I must say it doesn’t feel any better to hear it over and over again (and get visitors to my blog right from that post, hehe).
I’m in no way against your posts and pictures, it is just irrational uncomfort of my mind :)… and I’m sure that your traffic will be fine thanks to visitors of other kind ;)

Yeah, I agree Maija… It’s been a bit annoying… And sometimes I even wonder why those strangers post… But well… I’m hoping the traffic will go down indeed once Google’s links have been fixed. There’s not much else I can do I think :-/.
