Elephant

ElephantSaw a weird but nice movie yesterday: ‘Elephant‘ by director Gus van Sant (Good Will Hunting, Finding Forrester, Drugstore Cowboy). The story is about an average American high school, where van Sant follows a number of students literally from room to room. It seems as if there’s no point in filming it all, but it’s exactly this lack of real action that pulls you into a state of tension, waiting for something to happen. This is definitely not a Hollywood movie, but if you like alternative movies, you might like this stomach contracting movie.
